GillElastic is a personal job-search tool built and operated by Sean Gill, made available to a small, invited group of users. It discovers job postings from a range of public sources, ranks them against each user's profile, and drafts tailored application materials.

Applications are only ever submitted on a user's behalf after they explicitly review and approve the materials prepared for that specific posting.

Users may opt in, from within the application, to receive text message alerts when a new job match is found. Replying to an alert lets a user take action directly — starting an application or updating its status — without opening the app.
